ZAC also works from a realistic viewpoint. He feels that ignoring some of the little details will not cause a catastrophe, but that staying on schedule instead takes precedence.

Many times this is realistic since perfection is not always required. Yet ZAC might want to set higher standards in some situations, like important career-related projects.

 

 Ears Moderately Angled Out

Having an average facial trait often equals an average personality trait. While the word “average” may sound boring and not special, it can be better than being either outrageous or mousy.

Very often the lack of desire or ability to swing too far in any direction can keep people calm and a situation stable. If extremes and drama are the order of the day, frustration will eventually turn to anger, resentment, and wondering “what is wrong with me?!”

 

ZAC has ears that are moderately angled, neither flat nor sticking way out. So ZAC does not go to extremes of dependence (flat ears) or independence (stick-out ears).

The same goes for hording (stick-out ears) or giving it all away to fit in (flat ears). ZAC is temperate in this regard.

 

Because he is right in between, sometimes he will keep and collect, other times ZAC knows it’s time to clean house and de-clutter.

In certain situations, he will need help or advice or reassurance, other times ZAC can do it all on his own. ZAC’s ears therefore suggest balance and reasonable expectations in those departments.

ZAC may have noticed that “what we believe, we achieve”. He tends to feel there’s never enough; never enough time, friends, money or resources.

As a result he appreciates what he does have, and sympathizes with those who have far less.

 

So ZAC’s challenge may be a scarcity mentality, whether he realizes it or not. All the same, it may also be ZAC’s biggest asset, as it causes him to work hard to advance in life, status and/or power.

So ZAC may become “rich” in the eyes of others – in wealth or relationships, for example – but may never believe that he has acquired all that much.

He may become one of those millionaires that no one suspects is well-to-do.

 

ZAC may also have issues with spending and giving, as he was brought up to be quite thrifty. The good side is being conscious of the value of money and not having a wasteful attitude.

In his eyes, what he has amassed definitely needs to be protected.

ZAC may feel his greatest strength is logic and common sense.

He is a strategist who loves to plan and keep control of the work environment.

 

Consistency and practicality are keywords in ZAC’s vocab, and when others don’t live up to the task he may take on the tone of a dictator. High work standards are good; alienating others is not.

 Being practical, however, ZAC will eventually find a way to make good with others in such situations in order to facilitate projects and events.

 

The longer and straighter the bridge of the nose, the more sensible and reasonable ZAC likes to be. However, over-planning, long meetings and extended deadlines may also result from the desire to make sure every angle is perfectly accounted for.

In his chosen arena, he loves to fight the good fight so much that some people may see him as too outspoken and possibly even overbearing. Others will naturally assume ZAC will take over and lead the battle for values. Still others will be unaware of their jealousy or resentment of his personal power.

ZAC is a fairly objective, reflective listener who generally will not speak hastily or act before some contemplation.

In his mind, things aren’t good or bad until more evidence is absorbed.

He tends to shy away from overreacting.

 

People who are highly reactive – whether very positive or very negative – may annoy ZAC. He will wonder at all that fuss is about!

He is not fond of overly negative or super bubbly people, though ZAC is generally tactful enough not to say so.

ZAC will probably unload only when he has had too many buttons pushed.

 

ZAC is an asset to teams. He is likely to give the overeager and the fault-finders some balance, being able to recognize both sides of the story, identify the good and the bad.

ZAC is fairly well-balanced between action and deliberation. He can pay attention to the details of a thing, or make haste to be done with it, but not to excess in either direction.

Balance in this facial trait means steering clear of extremes of impulsiveness or over-thinking.
